I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in private practice. I received a Bachelor of Arts in 1999 and Master of Social Work in 2008. My professional training includes crisis intervention, trauma recovery, addiction and treatment for mental health disorders.

I provide individual counseling for ages 14+. My practice includes elements of cbt, creative arts, mindfulness, somatics and more. I am in network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (including some Regence and Premera plans) Aetna, Kaiser PPO and FCHN. Inquire about self pay rates and sliding scale eligibility. Appointments are online via zoom for healthcare.
